My PhD research explores a tension I have observed repeatedly in my consulting work: executive leadership in the church is often developed with a strong emphasis on operational effectiveness, while the integration of Gospel-centered theological formation receives less attention. This pillar addresses that gap directly, offering frameworks for building executive teams that lead faithfully and effectively, without treating those two things as separate goals.
